“Someone so special can never be forgotten.” –Jennie
“Your mother always was energetic and creative. She had a great, wry sense of humor. And I loved her cooking and amazing recipes.” –Ann Eisenberg Shinnar
“She was a very special woman who contributed much to the family and to her profession and enjoyed a great intellect and love of nature, Judaism, world travel and was very talented in numerous endeavors she participated in including dancing, cooking and many sports.
Among many other things I’ll remember and enjoy the new foods she introduced me to like carob balls. Gazpacho , and blue fish with scallion, ginger and soy sauce
She laminated her recipe file as an engagement gift with these new foods. Some of them became my new favorite dishes
Going back to school in her fifties kept her very youthful and I remember hearing stories about the younger students she enjoyed hanging with
Hold on to precious memories of an incredible mother and woman who taught you so much.”–Diane Aiken (married to Jeff)
